We have used this location twice and we are always treated respectfully and very quickly. Each time we have been in and out with our rental in under 10 minutes and on return, even quicker. As far as we are concerned, this is the only car rental location in Houston we deal with. Thanks everyone!

Renting from this location was a breeze!!! Ms.Sonya was there to greet me with a smile and she was fast and efficient at getting me into the new truck that I needed. I only rent from this location now.

Horrible experience. It was my first time renting a car and i was not greeted nor told about the rental process. Tank was half way full so that's  how i returned it. They insisted it was full and if i didn't fill it up, they will charge me $10 a gallon. Air conditioner broke down but was too far away to exchange it. The car was not washed properly, it was sticky, dirty, no water for the windshield wipers, people there lie, and are too lazy to get up from their seats to do their job. If i could give this place a 0 star, I would. I will never go back!

Quick and efficient. I was in a new car within 15 minutes of arriving. Wonderful!
