Bob was professional when we rented the car. When we returned the car, it was clean inside & out, had a full tank of gasgand as let him know the driver's side light didn't work. He ripped us off by charging an extra day. When I called back to credit the mistake, he was VERY RUDE and kept saying "Oh my God! Oh my God!". He did not give a credit nor did he act in a professional manner on the phone. My suggestion is to be VERY CAREFUL dealing with this Avis Rental. They will rip you off...😞 Sorry Bob. We definitely won't be repeat customers and will notify all our associates, friends, and any consumer to BEWARE...😨......and Bob, I already contacted customer Service. If YOU would like to discuss this situation further, you have our number😉

By far the best rental agency I have ever been to. The Service is Excellent. I rent all the time and never have an issue with anything ever. Ask for Bob. He is be Bomb! Best in The AREA.

I rent a lot of cars for work and personal business.  This is the friendliest, fastest, most accommodating rental car center with which I have ever done business.  They keep it simple and quick!  AND they automatically upgrade my car, if one is available. You don't even have to ask! Upon return, you just drop the keys off and leave, pretty much!  They do all the work!  Their personalities are professional yet make you feel they remember you and will go all out for you!  Love that there are no airport fees and they are opened Seven Days a Week. One thing my son mentioned was the location is not "modernized" appearance wise.  But I say, those "modernized" locations are not nearly as friendly, fast and accommodating! I highly recommend this location.

Excellent value for money. The staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. He set up the sat nav for me and clearly explained what I needed to know. The car was nice and drove well. I would definitely use them again.
