I rented a car to pick up on Saturday, knowing they close at 12:30 pm, I made sure I went straight there from Lax airport. I arrived at 11am and there was a sign up that said either we are washing a car or away helping another customer ,please call or visit our Channel Islands location. I was livid! Had I known earlier they would not be there, I would have scheduled my shuttle ride to be dropped off at the other location! Thanks goes to Dollar for stepping in and taking care of me!! Never again will I use Enterprise and will be asking my corporate office to remove you from our preferred list. I don't want other co-workers stranded like me.

i made reservation earlier today. when I go pick up this afternoon. they told me they don't have any car available. very disappointed.

I needed a truck for the day and found Enterprise to be the cheapest option, with unlimited mileage. I was very impressed by the service. The truck was top-notch, with satellite radio, and the staff was overly courteous.

Made the reservation, and of course they didn't have the car or any car when I went to pick it up. Very unprofessional and frustrating.
