I would consider myself a regular at this location who rents roughly 3-6 vehicles every month. Trevor and his team are awesome. In my line of work, I have to schedule vehicles sometimes within 24 hours notice for the government. They have always gone out of their way to work with me and have always met my requests. I am required for specific requirements for my vehicles and they always meet those specifications. They know each one of my crew personally and greet them by their name each time we pickup. Even when I throw a curve ball at them with no notice due to my work, they go out of their way with customer support.

For well over a year now, this location has made my line of work easier for myself and my team. I recommend them to anyone.

My experience started out EXTREMELY horrible. I waited at the counter at the Oxnard airport online to have no one respond. The other customer that was there finally left. After 30 min of waiting I contacted customer service m, who also attempted to contact someone with no luck, advised me to respond to another location. I was not pleased but needed the vehicle and proceeded forward. I went to the Channel Islands location in Oxnard California and was greeted by Trevor (sorry if I got his name Wong it was a T name). Trevor quickly restored my faith in the company. His customer service was kind, courteous and quick. I appreciate that he took my needs into consideration and made morning brighten up.

I've rented cars from multiple agencies, but by far Enterprise offers the  most personalized service.  In addition, the employees at the Channel Islands location are the absolute best.  They are extremely helpful and yes they will pick you up and drop you off if needed.  The service level is outstanding as they go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. Trevor is fabulous!
