Enterprise just called me upset that they failed their customer satisfaction survey which I took the day before, as I wasn’t satisfied with their service and CC deposit. 

One, your sales rep was rude. She needs attitude correction. She was entitled, gave me 1 word answers that led to know answer! Two, after taking the survey I requested a call from this enterprise location to clarify as to why you have not refunded the $200 deposit but when they called me back she explained that she’s calling mainly due to my survey answers. So my question is not relevant then? 

Advice, focus on listening not so much passive aggressive talking. If you are in sales, I don’t see a reason why you should give a customer attitude when the customer is friendly. There shouldn’t be a reason at all. Be mindful of how you represent yourself and just think how’d you’d act if your boss was around! Unfortunately, you all need to be micromanaged!

I never have a problem at this location. Prices are reasonable, and associates are friendly. I've always gotten a reliable vehicle. It's an all around great experience.

Your employee Mayra Rodriguez of your Oxnard Office is absolutely 
wonderful.  Made great efforts when we turned in the vehicle to make sure that we were taken care of rapidly and were happy.  You are luck to have this employee.

I only use them because it's usually a last minute need. They never have the car I reserved online and never really make me feel valued as a customer. After several rentals I think this will be the last time.....
