I've rented from them mutiple times & have always been helped quickly & courteously by the employees there. Never had a problem picking up a reserved vehicle or dropping off afterwards.

I am a business member and rent cars about 50 times per year.  I've tried about every car rental company and Budget is by far the best car rental company to work with.  Cars are always available.  Price is always competitive.  Associates are always polite.  If you ever have to deal with the corporate office due to a time issue or a collision issue, the people there are very professional and courteous.  Budget, and Avis, not only do all they can to earn your business; they do just as much to retain it.    Couldn't ask for much more.

The car was nice and clean and under 18k miles. The staff was nice and helpful. They walked through with me to note the scratches on the care beforehand so I would know they were there and I didn't do them upon my return. I had a few minor issues after I left the lot (smell, noted scratch, issue with key) and I called on each one and was helped and reassured to my satisfaction. They also work with my insurance company which is great to help me get a discount in addition to a coupon as car rentals are obviously not cheap (but they were the cheapest by comparison). The employees I dealt with were very nice, helpful and actually really funny!

Great customer service! Greeted with a smile, efficiency and professionalism.  I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area needing to rent a car. I will certainly use them again.

Worst experience ever! I get there at my schedule time for pick up just for Henry the unprofessional person behind the desk(what more can I expect from a man who has his pants sagging) to tell me they don't have a car for me but can rent me a mini van for $8 more a day. I reserved a standard CAR not Van! He had me waiting for another vehicle that was scheduled to return just to tell me he can't give me that car because it wasn't serviced. Totally rude & unhelpful with the whole situation. MIND YOU I reserved this 2 weeks in advanced. Basically told me to drive to Santa Barbara or LA to get a car and closed the day. Never again. I called the customer service & am now changing my reservation. I will call Luis to notify him then call corporate. This isn't the first time but will be the last time I deal with them!
