I have been renting cars from this location for 7 years, with a couple different companies, and for personal use.  The staff here are always kind and happy to help.  I have had a couple accidents (not my fault), and a huge rock shattered the windshield a couple weeks ago.  Vickie and Pam have always taken care of filing the paper work for the damage, and I have never been burdened with any charges, or hassles.  I think they do a wonderful job at the Kettering location.  I believe that sometimes people don't read the fine print on the contract, and are angry when legitimate charges are billed.  As far as the complaints about staff gossiping and complaining with one another, I would say that most people love to gossip and complain.  Keep up the good work!!

The people at this location are wonderful. The ladies are very courteous and efficient and extremely helpful. The only frustrating thing is when you try to call to rent a car it sends to some national call center where those people are absolutely useless. The guy I just talked to did not even know there was a Kettering, Ohio location for Avis.

I travel frequently for business. I will only rent at this location despite the many rental companies available. The employees go out of their way to be personable. It's easy to pick up and drop off the car. And the cars are always clean and ready to go when I arrive. Consistently meeting and exceeding my expectations is what keeps me coming back to this location.

We have been renting vehicles from this location for at least 15 years.  The staff is always accommodating & pleasant to work with.  I usually book online on your site, & everything is accurate when we go to pick up our car.  We have another trip planned in June & already have our car reserved.

We rented a car from this location, and we're charged extra fees upon returning the car. We called to see what the charges were regarding. When we called, the lady we spoke with was extremely rude the entire conversation and completely unprofessional. She stated, "I don't even have to talk to you" and hung up on me. At no point during the call was I rude or unprofessional with her, we were only inquiring about our bill. I then had to call corporate and sit on hold just to have my questions answered. We will not be renting from Avis again, or definitely NOT THIS LOCATION!
