The service here is phenomenal. Every person I've met has been professional, attentive, and just really great to talk to. This location is my first choice any time I need to rent a vehicle.

My experience starts with a well dressed pickup driver. Normally I get a "Management Trainee" in T-shirt and jeans, but my driver was wearing a suit. First impressions. After a brief conversation, he revealed that he was in fact the branch manager. I told him I had already spoken to the branch manager and he informed me that his driver was on the way. His trainee presented himself so well I literally couldn't believe it until we arrived. All were professionally dressed and eager to help. Even the person washing cars out front smiled and wished me a good morning.
If you are in the Fairborn area, rent here. You will be treated like a General. Thanks guys!!!

Chris the manager, is one of the friendliest, accommodating, and professional individuals I've ever seen. I overheard him on the phone with a customer volunteering to stay late to get them a car, which is important, because he understands that when people are moving or dislocated that he can make all the difference. I was reimbursed for my early return, given a credit on the extra gas id purchased (for the next time I rented)  and given general information about the area. I really enjoyed the energy of this place. Customer service was spot on.

I needed a larger 4 door quickly and was set up with a 2016 Chevy Cruz. It was fast, friendly service and the car was GREAT! Glad I was able to pamper myself for a day while going thru a small crisis. My life had a little less stress. Thank you Enterprise

Although car was not ready when expected, they worked very hard to get a substitute or better. A satisfactory solution was reached that I was very satisfied with. I would recommend their services.
