My experience at Enterprise was very pleasant. They were very friendly and efficient. Definitely a first class operation.

Cory was great helped me get a vehicle asap.  Followed up when I dropped car off.  Great customer service.  Thanks so much.  Other West Palm Enterprises were awful.

Do not rent from these guys. They let my car go while I was delayed by an hour and a half.

I spoke with a male over the phone and he advised me that it will take me only 5 minutes once I come. When I arrived I dealt with him and gave him my info. I went outside to check out which vehicle I want and when i returned his manager had taken over but still it only took 5 mins and I was in and out with no problem. Usually employees will give you a time frame just to get you there but he really told the truth and I would recommend anyone to go there for a rental even on your lunch you will not be disappointed. BTW I went on my lunch break and was able to get the rental, sign papers and grab lunch and made it back from lunch on time. It was 2 guys there on 1/25/22 around 11am, I can't remember there names but I'm sure they know they worked this day. Lol

Had an excellent experience at the enterprise on dixie highway in west palm beach.  They got me and out of there in no time.  When it was time to return the car, they gave me a ride home . I would like to compliment everybody who works there, with special mention to Harrison who gave me a ride back.

Harrison was fantastic!! Got me into my car fast after a horrible accident. Easiest rental process that I have ever had — I couldn’t even believe how fast I was on the road. Amazing service. Would recommend this to anyone.

Thank you Brianna for all of your help and kindness. It was appreciated beyond measure. And thank you Marshall for the lift to the repair shop down the street. It was also appreciated beyond measure. And the special touch of riding in the same color and model of the car I was picking up at the shop was icing on the enjoyable experience. Thank you all again so much.

With PBI Airport completely out of cars over Columbus Day Weekend, I turned to the Enterprise Rent-A-Car on S. Dixie Highway.  The professionalism demonstrated by the staff very much met expectations.  While I didn't get the names of the staff who extended their courtesy to me on arrival, I would like to commend Corey's performance on my departure.  Please consider this location if the airport is not able to meet your needs.

I had a reservation to pick up a car today. I got a call this morning from an agent at this location telling me that they don't have any cars yet - and worse, that they don't know when they will have one. So I'm supposed to just wait for them to call me. I have a drive of several hours to make today; guess it's not happening. Total BS! Rent a car elsewhere!

I usually love renting from Enterprise. However, I felt as though the employees were incompetent at this branch. I know that sounds harsh but they weren't very professional. Not to mention, when I spoke to someone on the phone it was hard for them to explain something so simple. It took the woman at the call center ten seconds to answer my question. Also, when I was picking up the car the employee helping me didn't give me a walk through and told me to bring the car back at a quarter tank, which was false. Although the car was almost out of gas when they gave it to me. Very frustrating.
