I always use enterprise for my vacations. It's one less thing to worry about. All the vehicles are well maintained and in great condition practically brand new usually.

I haven't completed the rental to make a full blown report but I was concerned during the walk around the car had several scratches and a few dents on one door and I was told "just take pictures of anything that concerns you" so I took pictures of everything. I am more comfortable with a paper we both sign that all the damage was done before I took possession of the vehicle. The rate isn't bad since we aren't at an airport. I was kind of put off my a Toyota Camry being considered a full size equivalent to a Chevy Malibu.

I’ve had to deal with a couple of the reps here on and off for a little over 2 months and they’re some of the kindest most cooperative people I’ve ever worked with. They all work with integrity and act like they love the job they’re in it’s very refreshing

Service has DEFINITELY gone down hill in the past year!  I had over 30 rentals, for over 130 days total, during 2020 and 2021.  I quit using them when I was wrongly charged on one rental this location forgotten about on another this location and treated like a criminal on a 3rd rental different location.  Still yet, I hated to completely stop dealing local and waited 6 months, hoping for change.  Well, it did change...for the worse!  I now drive to Mason and use Hertz.  I'm totally over Enterprise...and you've been warned.

I was very pleased with the service at the Albemarle, NC branch of Enterprise.  The associate that assisted me in checking in my rental after my return was very efficient.  He even offered a ride back to my vehicle free of charge.  I will be doing business with this enterprise again in the future .

Don’t request a specific size car or type of car. Advance reservations mean nothing. If they don’t have it in stock, you don’t need it.  ** Update.  I called customer service.  They could not fix the problem. I replied to the email below, but they have offered nothing to resolve my problem.  I got a call the next day from the local manager, who offered to do me a favor by putting me in a pickup truck instead of the full size or luxury model I reserved.  I thanked him but declined.  My takeaway--they do not stock the cars they advertise.

Everyone was great! The process was fast and efficient.

Manager Kyle was ready for us when we arrived. Provided us with our car choice. When we returned car after hours, we realized we left a phone in the car. Called store next morning and Kyle found the phone and kept it for us until we could get there. Thankful for the customer service.

Still had vehicles showing online as available to reserve.  Reserved a minivan or comparable to hold 7 people and when we arrived to pick up the vehicle there were none!  None at all to hold 6 or more people.  We were leaving for vacation and ended up having to drive 2 cars.  Not happy at all!!!!
