Very friendly and efficient. I would absolutely recommend this location.

One way rental.  They had no information, nor were they "expecting me". They were EXTREMLY patient, understanding, and kind when I said that I did indeed have a reservation and asked if they would like the reservation number and to see my documentation.  Turns out I made my reservations for April 29-30 not April 1-2.  I was advised they didn't actually have any one way rentals available, but would "work with me" to see what we could come up with.  After offering a Jetta they asked if that would work, I advised that since I actually didn't have a reservation, and they were making something work for me, that I would be grateful and make the Jetta work for me, but I did mention in passing that a bigger car would have been better.  I was then advised to "wait a minute" that they might have a bigger car that they would need to clean prior to offering (which they did and I took that one).  The service I get from Avis is often OUTSTANDING, and the service I got on this occasion went well above and beyond the "normal" outstanding service I am accustomed to.  I even attempted to provide the agent a big tip for their superior service which they politely refused (twice - after I tried insisting they accept it...).  She should get a raise or recognition for the above superior and outstanding service she provided.  Yes, I was VERY impressed :-)

Uncomplicated and fast rental. But like every other rental car station they want to sell you unnecessary extra insurance
