I've had to deal with this bus service for years and yes I understand this job can be a pain, but that is no excuse for these drivers to be so damn asinine towards people or there schedules to change so frequently to the point of making things so inconvenient. Not to mention all the "new" things they create to help yet fail to show people how to do just that at times with their drivers acting like snobs towards you not knowing about it. This is a real problem and honestly it all stems from the horrible staff that refuses to learn any decency towards anyone else but their own damn circle, the city of Santa Barbara needs to fix this problem and find better staff quick or else more people will be more willing to uber or lyft their way around town even if it takes a bit more cash. Because I will always prefer paying 7-10$ for a uber/lyft and get to my destination on time with a very curteous individual than pay $1.75 and mostly be late, cramped, and treated like utter garbage for things that I didn't know about.

From the start, the buses are never on time. And to top it off, they've been cancelling bus route times and not telling anyone! I've been late to school and work on several occasions because the bus never shows. They need to at least take some responsibility! Pathetic.

Bus times are never accurate, buses never on time always late. Ive been to work and school class late many times due to those issues. Not to mention getting kicked off for having insufficient funds while already having payed most of it, accused of lying that my dog wasnt a service dog n then kicked off.*smh...sometimes service ok. But man can those drivers have there panties in a bunch..so rude. Mtd used to be way better. On time, Professional n caring drivers(not judgemental) what happened! :/

manager of MTD must be a republican...Bernie is at SBCC on Saturday and MTD is NOT going to run a 15x from UCSB to Santa Barbara at all! Normally that bus does not run on weekends...but...come on! Thousands of people will be heading into town...this is so sad...even if MTD charged for the ride..not allowing student bus passes..but no 15X for this special occasion is SHAMEFUL !
