I rented a car at the government rate for work and couldn't be happier with the service.  The person at the counter even gave me a lunch recommendation which I followed.  Keep up the great work!!

Picking up the car was quick and easy (in and out in less than 10min). Staff were friendly and helpful. I took the additional insurance, so had no issues.

I rented a car at SBA Airport from Dollar rental. I declined and did not want additional insurance but they still charged my credit card $66 insurance fee. My agreement shows that I declined it. I was very displeased with Dollar rental. Stay away..
