Terrible  service. I rented and paid for a car online from this location  and when I got to the location they told me my debit card couldn't be used for the rental - despite the fact that the website had charged me in full for the full rental on the very card  - told me it was a location specific decision and refused to offer me any help and told me to call corporate. 

So I was left stranded, on a schedule,, out of a full rental fee from a company who says they couldnt take accept my payment method. 

I ended up renting a car from Enterprise on 83rd and am still waiting to some sort of refund confirmation from Avis which was promised.  :-( what a sham. STAY AWAY

I was very pleased with the speed of service. I got my car il less than 5 minutes, the drop off was as fast. The car was in good condition.

I've rented there dozens of times and haven't ever had a problem. Sometimes they are busy/slow but nothing insane.

Truly, truly terrible. I should've believed the other reviewers. I haven't even gotten my car yet and the service warrants negative stars. I'm one of three people waiting for the car we reserved. They knew full well we had reservations. And yet we have all been waiting for at least an hour as they shuttle in our cars from another location ("it will be 20 minutes"). The most unprofessional, incompetent rental car place I have seen yet. The only reason I rented with them is because my beloved Enterprise doesn't open early on Sundays. What a mistake this was. Avoid this place like the plague, people.
