Saturday morning parking for museum of natural history.  We paid $25 on the best parking app.  The manager did a good job of managing the chaos and getting our car out on under 5 minutes.  Never a smooth process at these operations, but we had a good experience.

This was my second car rental from this place and once again they didn't disappoint. Their inventory is always well stocked even on a holiday. The cars are always in good condition. And their customer service is always up to par. This visit, I was treated really well by Samantha Sigaty. Not only was she there on the weekend but also was there first thing in the morning during my drop-off. The level of work ethic and attention to detail from the branch manager, means it's a culture. I will not be renting from any other company going forward.

First time renting with them. My experience was Great.  All the staff on west 83rd and roadside assistance was Awesome, very polite and patient with me... Dan You and your team are Awesome. I recommend people to go to this Office for a great, easy experience

This branch just doesn't answer the phone, EVER. I forgot a personal item in the car - my mistake. I'd send an email but that seems to be impossible too.

Renting from Enterprise was enjoyable and economical.   Customer service was fanastic which is so hard to come by.  I went to the one at 147 West 83rd Street.  I was in and out in a matter of minutes.  I will Definitely rent again from them.  Highly recommend to others.
