I would have given a 0 star review if possible.  At Love Field airport, I was charged for rental insurance I did not agree to and told the overwhelmed agent I declined.  I will NEVER from Thrify again.  They were unresponsive when my credit card company disputed the issues.  Potential renters BEWARE!

The customer service at this location is so bad, it's laughable. The last time I rented there, there was 1 guy working, and a line out the door. (It probably would have gone faster if the 1 guy working didn't spend the whole time telling his life story to each person.) Many people in the line called Hertz and Avis FROM THE LINE and then went across the street and rented cars. It took me 2 hours to pick up the car, and when I got the car, I pointed out that it had no front license plate but they told me not to worry about it. When I returned the car and left, the counter guy chased me down the street to ask me where the front license plate was! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

I think they overcharged toll charge. I use platepass option, they charged almost $22 include toll charge. But platepass didnt work.

One of the greatest customer services experiences I have ever had. Picked up my car 30 minutes early. The representatives at the counter were very pleasant. I ordered a compact car and was expecting an old beaten up chevy but here came out a brand new 2017 Infinity. It was spotless and the guy just finished washing it. Upon return I was taken care by James. James was one of the nicest people to deal with. I told him that my car was supposed to have ez-pass but didn't. No questions asked, he apologized and took care of the charges. He truly went above and beyond. I am in the customer service industry as well so I know everyone likes to complain and never compliment. So I am writing this review a few minutes after I dropped my car off. I was really surprised with the other reviews on Google about Thrifty but I understand people always can't get there way. So straight to the point: 5 stars customer service & 5 stars for my rental car!

Easy in and easy out. Service is good, and the Manhattan location is very convenient. Subway is just around the corner for easy access.  Recommended.
