When I tried to rent a car there I was out of luck, you either have to have a Credit card or big deposit. I had both but the reason I was denied was due to my bad credit score. I have a flawless driving record and have no police record so it seems silly to turn me down, not because of any thing that has to do with a car or driving but because of credit score.

If i could give NO stars I would! All of the staff was beyond rude, our car that was reserved weeks in advance was not there even though we double check by calling the night before, they tried to charge us almost $100 morw then we were quoted with our reservatiom comfirmation, there were atleast 10 peoplw behind us in line for reserved cars and the place literally had NO cars on their lot I could keep going with about 10 more rediculous very unprofessional things they did!  this place is a mess and so unorganized! I will never return to Avis/Budget retals again, should of stuck with enterprise and uhaul all the way! Great way to start our family vacation!

I was denied rental due to a soft credit check, I just rented a car from these guys in Portland 3 weeks ago smh.

They lost my reservation! I called yesterday and confirmed my car wasn't on the lot yet. I call back today and my reservation doesn't exist. Nobody in Salem, OR picks up the phone. Transfers to the Caribbean. So pissed to have my trip start out with this crap.
