This is hands down the worst experience I've had with a car lot with the exception of Silver Auto. They racked up every single charged they could. Communicated poorly and then charged me for their non-response knowing that I had requested from the beginning to reserve my deposit if the terms could not be met on their time frame, which once they allowed me to go outside of they charged me for. Alan Hart was non-responsive, the daughter whom did my paper work and explained the process stated that she was "too hung over to live life" and was visibly hung over. Which I'm not a killjoy and didn't see an issue with until being told that there were no refunds and I would be charged a 35 rental fee per day for 12 days as opposed to the weekly amount of $89.00. I was really thinking at first I'd found a reasonable option for buying a car and had planned to trade up as I could but I will never ever go here again. The cars were not in good repair, the first having a clear issue with the bearings after about 30 minutes of driving and the Honda I purchased was a hybrid/gas vehicle which after a couple days had an issue with the electric portion engaging and it was sluggish at best. Daughter and wife were pleasent but Ill informed. Business partner claimed he didn't know how to calculate my refund. Alan gave no F*s and without qualms took the only money I had saved for a deposit, knowing that's what he was doing. NEVER AGAIN.

They take care of their customers, and when you call them they call you by your name. Thats so awesome. Feels more like family than my own family. I have recommended a couple other people to them. Didnt do it for any reward, just because Alan and crew deserve it. Sure they have a gps on the cars, they have the right to protect their investment. And i can almost guarantee that most other car dealers have gps's attached to their cars. If you have a problem with it, go buy from someone else!
