Went on vacation with our motorhome ended up having bad weather so we needed a car to travel instead of walking. They had good selection and we were able to just drop off at the store. good pricing for our week use.

When I made the reservation for a rental with accommodations for disabilities, I was told they would pick me up. In the morning, they were unwilling to drive out to pick us up and demanded I come in for it. After a roll-over accident, I did not have a way of getting there. The person I spoke to at the office also demanded a Credit Card and would not accept another form of payment without bringing in several bills. 
Will never even consider this company again. People with Disabilities, beware. 
Update : After calling the Main office. They informed me that pick up was only available within 10 miles of an office. Yet I was not informed of this when I had made my first reservation.

My experience was very positive!

I was picked up promptly, and got a car smoothly.

I was handled efficiently when I returned the car.

Finally, I got a nice ride from a pleasant Enterprise driver to my final destination.

I pretty much felt like i was dealing with a used car salesperson, aka " sharks " be warned that they do have hidden insurance fee's.

I have always had the best service at the Enterprise Car Rental in Albany OR. The Manager there, Spencer, has always been helpful and made sure my rental experience is positive. I appreciate the extra time they take to make sure everything is perfect. I use Enterprise for business and for pleasure and have never been disappointed. Thank you!
