Didn't have the requested car. Gave me a better car (normally a plus) except that its tags were expired. Wouldn't give me a written letter stating they would take care of any associated tickets for the tags. I ended up taking that car, because the other options were either too small, had bad gas mileage, or were trash models that would break down on my 2000 mile road trip. 

They also didn't give me the correct rate. I booked the trip for $138 on Kayak, and they tried to charge me nearly $160. I finally convinced them to bring the price down, but it was still $4 more than what I ordered. Wouldn't give me any discounts for Triple A or CDL's like other branches do. 

Staff was in general, nice and friendly, but overall, I got the feeling that Enterprise doesn't give a s**t about customer satisfaction. All words, no actions. I'll try Hertz next time, they may take longer at check-out but at least they don't raise the prices. 

Also, I've rented cars all around the world, so this isn't my first rodeo with car rentals. Normally Enterprise does better. They need to step up their game. I'm a business owner and guess what always comes first? Customer Satisfaction!

Rented a car July 3 evening. Wanted to return it July 4 evening but needed a ride back as they clearly advertise they do   Was told as it was July 4 and closed they could not do that, we asked if we could return it early July 5 morning. We were told no,  return it July 4 and take a cab which defeats the promise of being taken to where you need to go. We have used Enterprise all through our journey round the US and always been given a little extra if a holiday fell on the return date. Forced to pay an extra days rental. Obviously the spirit of July 4 was very short here. Have a nice day.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful but when I brought the car back I brought it to their attention that whoever use the car before me had an animal in there and my passenger had an allergy attack all they told me was will make sure they clean it up better next time

They caused me way to many issues with my card charged my card to many times caused my card to freeze up then denies any accountability on this matter  ... and so much more issues regarding this branch ..i never asked for my money back... I simply asked for them to wait 10 business days.... for my new card to arrive to accept my payment ... they agreed then sent me to collections without waiting 10 days for my new card...i truly would never recommend enterprise  again to any of my guest, friends or family. Lost my business indefinitely ... double check your accounts if you choose to continue supplying this company with income
