Rented a car that I don't think the staff cares whether or not we got a clean car or not.  The long hair on the door handle was gross.  I found a dollar under my seat showing how well they looked to see if the car was cleaned out.  The back seat had mud prints.

Very unhappy with the guys that work there in the one on mission. St Salem or. I had to put my car in the shop for repairs, so I still needed something to get back and forth to work in. First off driver showed up in a Ford Fusion 2016. $51:00 a day 
Second thing was when we got back to the office he happen to tell me that this car was my only option or wait a day to get other car in. Third was that they assumed my insurance was covering the cost of it all. I never told them that. I even told him the day before on the phone that I had to pay for it. Fourth thing was that I had my wife call enterprise to see about something cheaper and thrh told her that I could have the ford for 21:99 a day. They said if I would have called ealiw in the week that I could have gotten more days at the cheaper price. I decided just to keep. I had the car for 30 days. My bill wax around 927.00. I asked hind about the deal they had told my wife about for 21.99 a day was actually written down for them for 31:88. I argued and told them what my wife had said., so he took a little off my bill which was less than 100.00. I ended up paying a total of 850.0" when all said and done. I just think that it was really wrong not to just come out and tell me about the 21.98 a day fee. I really think that I was pushed into something that was nice but too much for me to pay when all done. They new that j had to hand a car for worn back and forth. It's not like enterprise doesn't. Have the funds.

When I made my reservations on the phone I was told they require a 50 dollar refundable deposit.  When I arrived with 50 dollars in cash, they told me they only accept credit or debit cards.  So I went back the next day with my debit card & was treated extremely rude by a woman behind the counter, I believe to be the manager. They had just closed & she refused to help me. She raised her voice, rolled her eyes, told me she just wanted to go home. A kind, young gentleman took over & had me in & out in 4 minutes. I've been going to enterprise for 20 years, but this will be the last time I rent from them.

The renting agent who helped us was really awesome. It was a quick process and got our rental right away.

Salem, Oregon... Oh my, the folks at Enterprise were absolutely wonderful! I was picked up at my RV site and was met with warm greetings and friendly driver. The car I had ordered was not available as it was getting an oil change. The agent drove me to pick up the vehicle only to discover that someone had smoked in it. They had another car there at the service center, so off I went. I continue to rent from Enterprise as they seem to go the extra mile in serving their customer. Thank you Enterprise! Keep up the good work.
