I recommend this location.  Austin at the front desk, worked with me. He was very patient and efficient. He was able to multitask several problems at the same time. He made what could have been a very stressful experience end with ease.

Everyone at the office was very professional. I was personally assisted by Jason, who was awesome. He was fast and efficient. I highly recommend this location!

Unbelievable. Never in my life broke down in a rental?!!! Rented a car from this location and the car shut down, in the middle of I85. I called the location which they then referred me to their outsourced call center in India with a representative by the name of Mariah Jones. Now I know for a fact "Mariah Jones" doesn't live in the Middle East. When I asked for a credit the representative tried to offer me $20 for my next rental. Horrible experience and they really don't care.

Be careful if renting a car from Avis/this location.  Several weeks prior to coming to town, I pre-paid to rent a small car, thinking this would help ensure that an appropriate car would be available at the designated pick up day and time. Upon arrival to this location, the office staff said that no cars were delivered to them, and they had 0 available to rent.  I waited ~1.5 hours until a car arrived.  The office staff were clearly frustrated, and did what they could to try to rectify the situation for customers, however this experience was not a great demonstration of Avis' abilities to meet customer needs.

Staff was super friendly and pick up/drop off was a breeze. Will definitely be renting again from Avis.
