I have always used Enterprise for my car rentals. It was challenging to get through on the line to confirm my rental.  Once I confirmed it was easy. I wish they would send me the contract ahead of time for review. I booked it with insurance but cancelled the insurance the next morning. I was charged a day of insurance anyway. The rate was good and service professional. Keep up the good work Enterprise.

This location was awesome.. I had already been to several locations trying to find a rental.. Ashley understood that i was frustrated and was in need of a rental.. She was able to get me a truck for the same price i was suppose to get a car for. She even stayed open later to give me time to get all my paperwork in order.. I was able to leave with a rental and go on my trip without being delayed any further.. Thank you enterprise for everything you do..

Everyone here takes great care of me every time I need to rent.  They make every effort to accommodate my preferences, which is great as these rentals are transportation for my 90-year-old father!  Also they give me a ride to MARTA when I need to get to work after returning the car on Monday morning.  Well done, team!  Only two suggestions: please ensure the windshields are clean and that the upholstery isn't stained.  I know rental cars get all sorts of abuse but I'm noticing an uptick in these 2 things.

By far the best car rental place to go to. Nice and professional staff, clean cars, reliable pick up/drop off service. So far we had the pleasure to deal with Matt and Ashley and we're sure the rest of the team is not any different.

Overall a wonderful experience with Enterprise. The staff at the front desk is courteous and helpful throughout . I had asked them to refund the fuel money as I could not use the entire fuel. They assured me that i would be refunded however I am yet to receive the money credited to my account.
