Reserved a standard size automobile while my auto was being repaired 2 days in advance of rental.  When I arrived told there were no automobiles at any size available and that my options were a SUV or van.  Told all I was guaranteed was a vehicle and no offer to see if other Enterprise locations had automobiles.  A disservice to any customer who does not drive  a SUV or van and is not comfortable driving such a larger vehicle as a rental.

Used Uber instead, which worked out.

I have rented with Enterprise for years but this is the second time this has occurred with Enterprise in the past several months - guess their rental fleet mix is changing.  Will not occur again - fool me once shame on you - fool me twice shame on me.

Booked through hotwire and rental was given at 6.00pm. I went at 6.20pm and obviously, the place was closed. My question is, who goes to pick up a rental reservation before the scheduled time because they don't give you the car earlier than the reserved time anyway. Why would they allow to make a reservation at the closing time? Very disappointed because this entirely messed up my travel plans.

I had no problem renting a vehicle at enterprise. The staff was professional and timely.  I will be a return customer!

I'm not usually an Enterprise guy, but this place is closer to my house than any alternatives. I've rented from them 3 times, and the service has always been really good, helpful but not pushy about it. This last time, I worked with Bobby, and he clearly treated customers like he actually wanted them to come back - a relatively rare perspective at rental agencies. Definitely pleased with their work.
