I am a frequent flyer with Enterprise, this rental was fine, with the exception that the car a Ford Fusion had not had the interior glass cleaned in a long time, and this car was pretty high mileage @ 32K or 34K it drove fine, but probably towards the end of it's rental life - I understand fast turnarounds of cars to keep/get people on the road quickly, but the features I like at Enterprise airport locations are that I can choose the car I want to drive, the fast

Called at 11am to secure a vehicle from a reservation that was made a couple of days prior.  They took my number and told me that they would return my call.  At 12:00pm no call so I returned their call.  Was hung up on once and then called back and was on hold for 10 mins.  Finally, they picked up only to tell me that they were all booked up up until the next day or at the earliest 3pm.  Will update once the rental has been successfully made.

Rented vehicle the next day in order to give them time to prep vehicle.  They gave me a vehicle with low miles but smelled like smelly feet.  Returned it and they gave me a No Smoking vehicle that smelled like smoke.  Nice KIA though.

I don't think they wash or clean out their rentals.

Whoever came up with concept of having a rental car agency adjacent to a car repair facility was genius. And the staff was professional and bent over backwards for me when a miscommunication be my insurance company and myself created an issue with my reservation. Could NOT have been treated better. This location is awesome.

The car was good and the booking experience was overall pleasant. However the pick-up and drop-off service really non-exists from Enterprise.
