2nd time renting a car ever. This was the place with the best pricing and I could take the train here to bypass traffic. With promo codes and AAA you get great deals and unlimited miles. I rented a car at Enterprise my other time and it was so much more of a pain. Will stay with hertz now. This location was pretty fast and easy too.

Fantastic staff. I have been there 3 times and in any case there was an issue it was resolved to my benefit within seconds.
Cars are parked outside so they can never be as clean as ones on the airport, but I am still very happy with this location.

Outstanding customer interaction. Originally planned to use peachtree location in buckhead, but after a young ladies' rude demeanor on the phone, I called this location instead. A good attitude goes a long way!
