What can I say. Cheap rental car prices. Poor service and quality. Noone ever answers the phone it seems. Make sure if you decide to rent a car from this location or any Hertz location, you call to actually make sure they have a car on the lot before you go.

I had a reservation. I call to come pick up my car. Someone picks up the phone and puts me on hold. I was on hold so long I drive up there and still on hold. I walk in the door and wait for another 15min and no one was available to help me. I had to leave to get back to work. I'm going to cancel my reservation and go somewhere else.

I have a reaervation that was made for me by State Farm insurance  to pick up a car i have been calling since yesterday 1:30pm and at one point some answered and let message with reservation numner and I have not received a call since. I have continued calling and nobody answers and to make things even worse is the Voicemail does not specify which option is for Hertz rental very frasturating I dont even think i want to rent a car from them anymore my customer exprience is below expection at this time.

Place was dirty. We walked in and the representative told us we would have to wait while he drove a car across the street. (Our check in only took 5 mins) instead we waited 20 mins for him to drive around. We had to get on the road. Instead we hit traffic. Will not go to this location again.
