I just purchased my first SUV car and Jared was our dealer. As a first time buyer, I heard lots of bad stories about buying. With Avondale Nissan, everything went smoothly and transparent. I'm really thankful with Jared. He give us the best deal and was too helpful to deliver the car 100 miles far from their store. Thank you Avondale Nissan for the best buying experience! I am so happy with my Brandnew Nissan Rogue 2017!

Worst dealership ever!! My 2014 Nissan Armada Platinum is always in there and then when they do fix something a couple of months later something else happens. My rear hatch has been worked on 3 TIMES within the last year. My most recent trip it took them 3 days for diagnostic in which they couldn't even fix the problem because they had to order the parts. The parts came in and scheduled service again. This time it took them 2 1/2 days. After it was there for a whole day I get a call stating the technician doesn't know HOW to replace the parts and the shop foreman will have to do it. Then they charge me $100 for my deductible in which was NEVER quoted. I will NEVER go back to this dealership ever!! They do not know what they are doing and do NOT have customer service.

Absolutely the best dealership I have ever been to. Louie was our sales man for our purchase 2 vehicles in less than two months. He is great. Very forthcoming and no games. We have had a positive experience every time we have walked into the dealership. Everyone is so friendly and nice! I can't say enough good about this dealership from the sales department to the service department they are just all good people! Thank you to Louie and Jay in sales and Julie in service and the entire staff! The way this dealership does business is absolutely great! The philosophy this company has for doing business is the best! Thanks again....

Brought my vehicle in for service. So far I have found then very responsive. Completely opposite the experience we had with the service department at another dealership when we took my husband's car in.
