Great experience here. Have purchased vehicles from dealers 3 times in the past, and am very skeptical about them after the last two. When I went shopping for a new Camry I did my research online and visited multiple dealers in the valley (Avondale is by far not the closest dealer to me). Heard some dishonest and misleading things from other dealers, so decided to try Avondale Toyota. I did not call or make an appointment, I just walked up. I was introduced to Reilly G, and told him what I was looking for. Reilly gave me the price on the exact car I wanted, which was the “fair price” on KBB. This was not the case at other dealers, and Reilly also told me the “one price” thing was correct, there were no paint sealants or window tints or fees that he wasn’t telling me about. The price he said was what I bought the car for. I didn’t want to rush a decision, and Reilly did not push it, or call my phone a bunch of times when I left the dealership. I also ran my credit at the dealership and knew that I could qualify for the advertised .9% financing BEFORE I had made a “deal”. When I returned, I traded in a vehicle and they gave me $2,000 higher than the other dealers’ appraisals, which allowed me to put a lower down payment to reach my monthly payment goal. Reilly even came in on his day off to accommodate my schedule, and get me the car. 10/10 would recommend, this is the kind of fair treatment you hope for when you buy a vehicle.

Never been one to complain but this situation should be made aware for future buyers. The more concerning factor is this was the sales manager. We had the exact payoff for our trade in and he rounded down. Which is fine I'll pay the 25 dollar difference for his math error. What I'm upset about is the payoff was good for 10 days. It took Avondale Toyota longer than that to payoff our trade in and they are now asking us for the difference which is another 65 dollars. On top of that the car payment on a car we no longer had was automatically deducted from our checking account. Which was 450 dollars I wasn't expecting to pay. It took less than 5 days to get that reimbursement check back from the credit union who held the title on our car. Much shorter than the 19 days it took Avondale Toyota to send off their check for the payoff. I don't believe I should have to pay because they delayed the payoff. So buyers beware. Seems to me like some shady business. Also I attempted calling the number provided responding to my review. It goes directly to a voice mail which is full so unable to leave a message.

Donald Hawkins, Service Dept ensured that my 2018 Toyota was handled and serviced timely. All members of his team were very helpful and cheerful and job done well. Large comfortable waiting area with electrical outlets to charge devices. "Help yourself water and coffee" with tables / counter nicely kept.

I recommend the dealership to anyone not because of just good deals but because of how great the service is. Scott Aguilar was such an amazing sales man, he was on top of his game ensuring I was getting the Truck I wanted for a reasonable price. When the vehicle we wanted wasn't there, he found out when a new shipment was coming in and gave us first dibs! He also is very good at calling and checking up on the service of our vehicle, and super attentive. It's sales men like this that my family really trust and appreciate while making such a huge purchase.

Great dealership. I have not bought a car from here, but their pricing is always lower than anybody else. I do come here for services and they are friendly and prompt. I almost bought my car from here, but they didn't have the color I wanted. Other dealerships had to drop a lot to get to the same price. I hate having to deal with other dealerships. Nice to have the low price up front.
