I will honestly say "Gateway Chevrolet" has truly gone above & beyond what I would have expected from any auto dealership I've encountered. I was so pleased to have been given the pleasure to personally meet both their service manager and auto sales manager and I can honestly say they are truly the best in all the valley for any and all auto service. So if you are looking to buy new or just repair your current auto I advice to be upfront & clear on just what you will need and I believe they will absolutely go beyond what you would be expecting. Thank you Gateway Chevrolet for coming through for me and my family and proving yourself to be a top notch dealership in all of the Phoenix valley!!

The most pleasant experience I've had buying anything. My car was claimed a loss a few days before xmas, and was pressing for a car. I worked with Jose at Gateway Chevrolet, and he was great. He was patient with my girlfriend and I, and talked to us like he had known us for awhile. Not only that, but he was forward with information. My last experience with a different dealership was pretty rough to say the least, and this was the complete polar opposite. I'd recommend you stop in and ask for Jose L. directly. The dealership itself was very nice, and the rest of the staff also friendly and helpful. Thanks again Jose!

We had two different experiences with Gateway. Our first experience involved a lot of waiting to the point where we had to leave because we had visitors coming to our house. They promised that they would have the car ready and papers ready to be signed but we still had to wait. In addition, we left at one point after we were told that there was nothing they could do for us. Fine by us but minutes later as we were driving out of the lot we got a call from the finance manager and baited us to come back to work on the deal. We put in our negotiation costs and they said they'd work with it. We went back the next day, expecting to have the car ready to go and all we needed to do was sign the paperwork. We finally drove off the lot with our new vehicle but only to get a call back in a couple days telling me that there was a hiccup in our deal, that I would have to be paying a higher interest rate. Fine, if you're not going to give me the deal I signed for, then I'd like my trade in back. I ended up getting a call back from the General Manager who offered that the dealership would figure out a way to keep my deal going, meaning they had to pay for part of what they promised me already. Overall experience: a struggle, about walked away but the owner made it right in the end. Second experience: My fiance kept high hopes that since Gateway Chevy made it right that he would be getting a good deal too. He gave them the benefit of the doubt BUT only lasted until they realized they "missed" "overlooked" something after they promised my fiance a good deal and even letting him take the vehicle off the lot and making us think that there were no issues like the first time. In their words, "they weren't told that the trade-in was under a leasing option," which is not true at all. They were told up front that the current vehicle was a lease and wanted to find a way to trade it in to get a finance loan. In my opinion, the sales guy was gunning for a quick sale possibly for his own commission because as of today he will be on a one week vacation. After driving the new vehicle for a couple days, they call my fiance to tell him that he would need to return the truck because they didn't realize that the trade in was a leased vehicle. As a repeat customer, I'm absolutely disgusted that this is a common practice by this dealership. Why let your customers leave with their "new" vehicles without knowing for sure that the deal is sealed? Two times this has happened to us. Not right at all. I wouldn't have rated them with any stars but it won't let me submit my rating without a star, so I only gave them one. In protest.

Hello, My wife and I recently had our vehicle stolen, we went in thinking we would not be approved for the truck of our dreams. Until we met HOWARD, he went above and beyond and worked out an amazing deal for us. Watching him in action and seeing how hard he fought to get us into the vehicle we wanted at the payment we wanted was amazing. He is very passionate about what he does and he tells you how it is. Never in my life did I expect to walk out so happy! I recommend him and Gateway Chevrolet to all my friends, family and co workers. Ask for Howard and let him know Melissa Perez recommended you! DO NOT GO HERE! WORST SALES EXPERIENCE EVER HAD! Bought a truck a few months back and worst sales experience I have ever had. Let me drive off lot after telling me I was approved and called a couple days later telling me I was no longer approved for my finance on the truck and to bring it back. So went and drove my other car and talked to sales man David and his manager to argue with no nice words to be said from them but to give them the keys and that I had to pay in full to keep it. If I wasn't moving out off state the next day after finding out info they had withheld and just told me about the issue I could have just gone somewhere else. So with my hands tied I bought the truck out right and left. In short got credit pulled way to many times paid to much and still finding broken parts everywhere I look plus had tranny rebuilt. Please don't go here WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD! WORST MANAGEMENT I'VE CAME ACROSS! DON'T GO HERE!
