They have LOTS of used cars to choose from on their lot or you can find a car on their website and they will ship it to you for fee. Don't expect the car's to be detailed... They absolutely don't do a great job of cleaning the cars. The GM, Sue, was super nice one day "willing to do most anything to please us" then 2 days later when we actually planned to purchase a car and tried to speak with her to confirm she'd do as promised... She wouldn't give us the time of day...

CarMax was the only place that treated me fairly and did not mislead. In fact the qualification went so easily and trouble free that I was expecting the Sales Manager to intervene--but bad news never happened ! I can speak with authority since many car dealers I visited said that they could get me qualified but when my credit was pulled they either did not call me back or stated that I would not qualify. To be truthful I needed my wife to be a co-signer (which she did) but the other car dealers could not even get to that point--only CarMax followed through. My wife also exclaimed how easy the buying experience was. Do yourself a favor and go to CarMax first--you will be glad you did

Excellent customer service. I have bought two cars from there and have been very well taken care of and satisfied. My favorite sales person and very helpful TED. Excellent customer service. I have also referred friends and have been very satisfied and happy. The vehicle service is excellent as well. I have no complaints. I will continue to buy all my vehicles from CARMAX and will continue to refer friends and family with no hesitation. Thank you CARMAX and Staff

My salesperson knew exactly what I wanted after finding that the original purchased vehicle fit was too tight in the garage. It was quickly brought to my attention the unique features in this type of automobile. No further test driving was necessary. The process was a no-hassle, easy transaction!

I went in pre Approved and they changed the finance on me. Staff changes their so much they don't know how to treat return customers. I ended up buying my corvette from a different dealership. Hopefully this will help someone that looking for a car, to reconsider..otherwise they do have a nice inventory.
