Nick was professional and very patient with my questions and concerns regarding the services on my Jeep Cherokee. He also let me know that I can contact him should I have any further questions and/or concerns. Thank you so much Nick! I came in this past weekend to purchase a vehicle for my daughter...her first car. Andy was very patient with all of our questions and concerns. He understood and was empathetic with the fact that we (myself and my father) wanted to find the most appropriate car for my daughter and it also be something that she likes. My daughter got a 2017 Chevy Cruz and is very, very happy with her car. She got the chance to bang the gong too! Thank you so much Andy for making this a wonderful experience for my daughter !

The service department is nothing but salesmen. They will ALWAYS find something wrong with your vehicle and advise you to bring it back to get it fixed. They will completely over-exaggerate the urgency of concerns insisting that repairs need to be made immediately when, in fact, some items actually have several months, if not years, before service actually is necessary. It's sad when I feel more comfortable going to a hole-in-the-wall mechanic. I've been to a few dealerships for vehicle service, but this is not one I will return to.

Shant k. was amazing to my mom with helping her get into a new 300 Chrysler. Because she felt that he could help me out I went through him to. Everyone was nice and treated me and my daughter well and even got her balloons and popcorn and hot chocolate, not all places want to deal with young kids but they even have a kids area to play in. I felt very respected and shant k. really went out of his way to help me and my mom get into new cars and get us what we really wanted. He made us feel like family when allot of places look at you as dollar signs and money in their pocket. The finance guy Anthony was very nice to and didn’t try to sell me on things I didn’t need again not looking at you like dollar signs so it’s nice I will go back to them for my next car.

NEVER will I buy a car from there place again. Bought a brand new jeep last year from them. As they pulled the car out to give me the keys it had a crack in the windshield. No big deal, they will fix it right? Sure months later after I had to make all the arrangements through their third party and the dealership who had the glass. Pretty sure it was there job to do that and not mine to fix their issue . My car had 2 keys that came with it....over a year later I still haven't received my second key after asking, calling, emailing sending smoke signals. I I even sat there for 5 hrs once cause they called me in stating my key was there and it needed to be programed....5 hrs later of sitting there and they couldn't find the key or it wasn't really there......It's always the last guys fault and the person I dealt with just has excuses after excuses without actually resolving any problem or passing the buck. Yesterday, I had an appointment for service that I made online under "make a service appointment". I take more time off work to have the service guy tell me it's just a "check in" point and i have to leave my car with them so they can get to it at some point tomorrow close to never...more time off work...what's the point of schedule service online where it reads "SCHEDULE SERVICE" if it's not for freaking service. every time I have to deal with this place there is ALWAYS an issue and it cost me more time and money then car is worth...You think they would accommodate in anyway or provide some sort of resolution other then for me to do there job and think for them. This is my 4 jeep and my first bought from this dealer. My fifth will NEVER be bought from this place, I am going back to Bill Luke. Update: these guys are still Horrible. Eric Ortega, left me a message regarding my issues and probably because of my review. So, I called him back thinking they might get off there lazy backside and actually produce customer service regarding the many horrible experiences I have had with this place. Nope!!!! No answer, NO call back after leaving a message and I still have NO SECOND KEY to a brand new Jeep I bought over a year ago. mind you , my key is at a 300 value, so pretty much on top of robbing me for countless hrs I spend there, taking time off work to try and do there job for them for some sort of resolution I am still left with NOT EVERYTHING I PAID FOR!!! So thanks Eric Ortega for doing once again less than the bare minimum. GIVE ME MY KEY YOU CROOKS!!!!!!

Awesome service! Loved this place from the minute I got my car, and the service department is right up there with sales. Did not have a Service package, thought that was with all the stuff I got with my car. But the service man explained and found me a plan that would cover 3 services on my car for one price. Which was less than what I expected. Will go back for my service, will always buy my car from here. Awesome times a lifetime.
