Not worth it people save your time and money go somewhere else where they do go by for what it was agreed UPON THE DEAL!! it's all just a gimmick specially with the Indian guy there!! Ugh very bad experience

Come here to service the car. The women in the service area are more interested in talking to my husband. When I ask a question, they ignore me and talk to my husband and expect him to explain to me what I can understand, if they had enough respect to talk to me. I use and take care of the car, so I should be able to have my questions and concerns addressed. Dead roaches were on the sales floor.
***Update*** 
The girl in the service area told me that the car is okay with regular oil and does not need synthetic. I went to another place for an oil change, since I did not want to deal with the service department here again... The other place said that the information could have ruined my car, had I gone by what I was told by the girl here.

I took my car in for an oil change and I came out with a oil leak and a missing bolt in my oil pan. In the 3 years I've owned the car, I have never had problems with oil leaks- the car only has 38,000 miles on it. I took the car back 2 days later and was told they believe the oil leak was preexisting but yet failed to note that on the paperwork. Everyone knows the dealership tries to get nickel and dime you so why wasn't it brought up? Because the car had no leak! After a second opinion, it was brought to my attention that the oil looked like it had not even been changed and the bolt "mysteriously" unscrewed itself. I took it back to the dealership to talk to the GM. He was out of town so I  talked to the finance mangager who was suppose to relay the message to the sales manager. We left our car there over night to have the sales manager talk with the service manager the next morning. The sales manager never called us but we got a text saying that there was nothing they were going to do about it. My wife went in there to talk to the sales manager and he never came out of his office. A $50 oil change now has turned into a $400 oil change and a week's worth of headaches. We will never take our car there for service ever again and will tell everyone we can to take their business elsewhere.

This dealership did this to us. 2 months after delivery of the vehicle. Demanding receipt of our downpayment. Texting my husband all day harassing him claiming to be the attorney general office. Demanding $200 or else out account would go to collections overnight for 3 x the original amount. After producing the receipt, Tim , in finance said "it's a good thing you got that to us tonight. I am sending over the list in the morning". No apologies nothing. Even gave them the opportunity to "make it right" and they failed. The GM said ...I was there last night. I know what went on. Happy Holidays. BUY ELSEWHERE!! The proof is in the pictures.

I worked with an Internet manager before coming into the dealership to purchase my 2016 Outlander Sport. She was very thorough and was able to answer most of the questions I had. When arriving at the dealer I was greeted by Ti Davis. He was very professional and helpful to make sure we were getting everything we needed. The customer service they provided me with was unlike any other car purchase I've had. I highly recommend this dealer for your next vehicle purchase.
