I was a new patient and scheduled my appointment within a week! Even with Flu season being at its peak. Note: when I went there 4 nurses were sterilizing the entire lobby, which is awesome! Dr. Jack was very helpful and sent me for several tests right away. The employees were all nice and helpful. Also, they take labs and they have a pharmacy right in same location which is very convenient. At the Palatka location they have x-rays and dentist. So if you want to use these services you don't have to fill out all of that tedious paperwork we all love. Definitely recommend to anybody I can!!!

I would not recommend to my worst enemy! Do not visit ! Worst experience ever! None of the staff want to listen to you. Uncaring and unprofessional. Nurses were rude. Branch manager was even more unprofessional and rude. She refused to show proof of my complaint being filed. Last visit in the past they used expired pregnancy tests. This visit doctor kept trying to prescribe me something I am allergic to even when I told him so.

Long waits most of the time , everybody can hear your bussiness up at the counter not cool . attitudes from 1 or two receptioness , and i can go on but you have the idea .

My wife and I quit going to this office aver a year ago due to the rudeness and reverse discrimination of the staff here. My special needs daughter continued to go, but no more! The staff is still rude and they actively discriminate against white people here. My daughter need a refill on pain medication for her leg and they made her wait 3 days to get it. When she called today they said it will be another 3 days! When I called, they all the sudden had it filled and ready! I will not let my daughter return to this facility. The actions of this staff will put her in medical danger.

The staff and nurses are nice and helpful. Dr. Jack is the worst doctor there. He has as little contact with patients as he can. Never had him in room longer than 1 min. I am not exaggerating at all. He dismisses or ignores concerns or issues. It took me 2 years asking about dementia meds for pops before he actually listened. He is nice but I get the feeling he's just in it for the check and not to actually to help people.
