I made an appt and was asked wseen hich insurance I had over the phone, when I arrived to the appt I was told that I was not assigned to them and could not be seen. I had to take off work and get a ride as mine was broke down to make it to this appt. I will never return, it's ridiculous that they couldn't have gathered further information to avoid this situation.

This medical facility is a joke. They are the most incompetent people I have ever run across. Do not waste your time at this location. Why they are even in the medical field is a mystery to me. Definitely do not go if you are in need of pain medicine. They are so scared to write a prescription, it's a joke. You pay for medical treatment, you get nothing in return. Take my word for it.

Dr colon is the most incomitant Dr I've ever seen in my life my husband has been going there for 4 months or so not only that fact that he has left my husband. With filthy filters for his cpap machine, it took three months to get a new mask my husband, to go again the following month and complain again that he still could not get hose or filters but he still hasn't gotten any new nebulizer components. We ask that pain management. Be as close to home as possible he scheduled him to go 50 miles round. Trip but there's one in starke he scheduled a pulmonolagy appt all the way out at I 75 but there is also one in starke. We make 735.00 monthly Ssi and we cannot afford to drive all this distance.

Dr. Colon is a good doctor also medical staff are very nice. Same day appointments if needed. Whole family goes here. Office does do refferals if you need a specialist. Convenient pharmacy inside. They also do labs and xraya here.
