The media says whatever and people believe it. I don’t know this doctor but I did watch the video and I don’t see him “yelling” at this lady. I work in a office where we do after hour care and we have one doctor seeing patients and people are so rude to your front desk staff like it’s our fault we are taking for ever. If you go to the ER you will sit in the lobby for 2 hours plus go to a room and sit there for another 2 hours if not more. Urinalysis at a hospital take freaking 2 hours to even get results. people need to give the man some slack He was frustrated you could see that, I wish my doctor would tell someone they can go on their way rather than let patients insult our front desk staff. He should have used a more professional manner I’ll agree to that. The lady here knows the daughter is recording at the end of the day she’s probably acting calm to make it look like the doctor is the ass hole. Social media and just media is a disgrace now a days and people are so naive to believe everything the read and see. Best of luck to you and your staff doctor peter hope things get better for you.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gallogly for almost as long as he's been a doctor at Gainesville After Hours. He's always been very kind and understanding with me. He treats me like a person and not just an income. I've never had any issues getting in to see him when I need to. Even for last minute emergencies he's always been there for me. I trust him with my life and the lives of my kids. They love him too. He's the only doctor I've ever felt 100% completely comfortable with. I can't say enough good things about him or his employees. Yes, sometimes I've had to wait a little longer to be seen, but the wait is always worth it when you have an amazing doctor.

Some people writing fake reviews are clearly not smart enough to wait for all the information.  The patient was being abusive for an hour and he was defending his staff.  You people sound high and mighty thinking you’ve never lost your cool when people are threatening your friends.  BS. And that innocent daughter was threatening the staff with PHYSICAL HARM.  That’s more than enough to cause anyone to lose their cool.  But purposefully trying to smear someone’s good name without knowing anything about them or even bothering to look at the incident report that is READILY available online, is morally repugnant.  You people are what’s wrong with the world because you don’t even strive to take facts into account; you see something and just react, consequences be damned.  Screw off.  This guy is, by all other accounts, a wonderful doctor.  He gets 5 stars.

On a personal note, it’s clear none of you complaining about the “time it takes to be seen” angle... clearly have no idea how the medical system —not a specific practitioner— works.  Again educate yourselves before you speak. Otherwise don’t speak.

I have worked with Dr. Gallogly for over 1 year in 2014 before I retired from nursing.  He is a wonderful, caring, professional doctor.  I would and have, highly recommend him to my family and friends.  
I have seen the manipulative video that was posted by a disgruntled patient.   She and her daughter were very abusive and threatening to his staff and that is never OK.  Good for him for standing up for his staff against these bullies. 
She is teaching her daughter it is OK to bully, he is saying enough is enough.  She wasn't too sick to leave even after the staff gave her money back and told her to leave.  They remained defiant and stayed and continued to be abuse and threatening to the staff.  Thank you again Dr. Gallogly for standing up for your staff.  The people that know Dr. Gallogly and have worked with him will support him 100%.  The disgruntled patient and daughter deserve two Oscars, one for their edited version of the story and and one for their acting.  Their motivation is obviously solely money.

Any grown man that gets in a suck woman's face and has her leave when he's suppose to make people better is a coward. You should lose your license and close your doors. You sir are the scum of the earth. If I worked for you I'd leave now with my dignity in tact
