I purchased a new Acura RDX 2017 this past April and I have been very happy with my new car so far. About two weeks ago I was not able to lock my car door after pulling into my garage at home. The lock was making a clicking sound. I called your service department and scheduled an appointment for the following day to diagnose the problem with the door lock. At the service appointment, I was shocked to learn from the mechanic that someone tried to “break into the car”. The mechanic graciously took the time to show me the damage to the keyhole on the driver’s side of the car. The mechanic temporarily fixed the automatic lock and he stated that my car needed a new key cylinder replacement due to damage from vandalism. The cylinder part was ordered on that day and available two days later. My car’s service appointment was the following Monday and my advisor was Roddy who was very polite and helpful. Roddy was very efficient. Overall, my experience with the service department staff and Roddy was excellent.

Bob Erb was extremely helpful and straightforward. No pushy sales tactics or haggling. He was also attentive and thorough during the buying process, following up several days after our purchase. Carter was very knowledgeable and clear about our financing and additional options. He was kind, patient, and concise. Great experience overall.

An overall excellent experience with Baierl Acura. The salesman Bob was outstanding! Not pushy, very thorough and attentive to my many questions. He even followed up after the purchase.

Purchased a RDX over a year ago, the purchasing process was long and annoying. Really had to hassle to only get $500 off the asking price. Credit check was incorrectly ran on myself when the car was for my wife and in her name only. Recently had service for a recall and the service was excellent. Rod was professional and awesome to deal with. Very quick and no additional items found to have an issue during the multi-point check which is always nice to see the dealership isn't trying to sell you additional unneeded services.

Had a very good car buying experience with the Baierl sales team, Ken and John. They met my pricing budget, and quoted me favorable finance rates. i did not here about a follow up regarding the Acura logo on the back of my RDX being cracked. I would like it replaced. Thanks.
