This is a horrible dealership.  Everything from the beginning to end was awful.  The Salesman based my payment of $3500/down. They even lost my license plate. I had to get a notarized statement yesterday stating my plate was dead  and send it to Harrisburg. I turned this vehicle in on 5/11/2017.  I was foolish in telling the salesperson how much I had and he ran with it.  I leased a 2016 Kia Sportage. He wouldn't even tell me my credit score. The first new vehicle I had in years. There were no amenities. Nothing. $285.00/mth for garbage.  I was also told I had two complimentary packages but they were actually put into the leasing amount due each month.  They NEVER returned my calls and even with placing a call/complaint with Kia Corporate 7 weeks ago & they aren't even returning their calls.  Yes, they took my vehicle back but it only had 7500 miles on it after a year & 1/2. They made me sit for 3 hours to sign a paper that took 1 minute. I would give anything to have my old jeep back! STAY AWAY!!!!

Baierl came through for me. I do not like to spend time on dealership lots. Bill and I worked our deal out through many emails. Once the deal was complete all I needed to do was drive to the lot to sign paperwork and leave in a new car. Pleasurable experience.

We have purchased two cars form Baierl Kia and had superlative experiences both times.  We bought a used Kia Soul for my wife and a used Forte.  We would definitely go back.

Stay away from Baierl Kia Used Cars! We attempted to purchase a vehicle from them and even stopped in to test drive it that day.  We found the vehicle had a lot of undisclosed damage to it (see photos), which was very irritating since we drove over an hour just to look at it, then we called back that night to say we'd take it.  We called again the next day to verify because they hadn't called us back and the salesman said the other salesman sold it out from under him. I understand that a salesman can't turn down a sale but the place is so unorganized and the salesmen are cutthroat. We had $1000 cash to hold the car but the salesman never even asked for it which means he either already sold it and was wasting our time or he just doesn't know what he's doing... Either way, very frustrating and disappointing. Save your self the aggravation and go somewhere reputable.

I leased my second vehicle there because the experience of the first one was so solid.  The service is excellent.  The car runs flawlessly.  Simply the no hassle experience I want from an automobile and the dealer. 

They exceeded my expectations.   I highly recommend them.
