One of the best auto sales experiences that wasn't! 
****** In my search for a new luxury car, my wife and I encountered a sales associate at the dealership named Chris Hruska who was very knowledgeable on the car I was interested in and did his utmost to ensure that I had all the information to help me in making an informed decision on my planned purchase. I was most impressed with his professionalism, customer focus and very pleasant demeanor and disposition. I decided against a Lexus BUT my wife and I were so impressed with the attention we received from him that my wife and I sought him out to purchase a new car for her! Chris gets 5 stars for customer care and service. He is a rising star !

Jenni Asciolta is absolutely amazing with her knowledge of Lexus and keeping me updated with promotions to save money. Definitely a must to stop and see her if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

My husband and I were extremely impressed with Stephanie Bestwick's knowledge and professionalism when it came to selling us a Lexus GX.  She told us she was rather new to Lexus of North Hills but conducted herself as if she's been there for years.  Stephanie made the buying process a smooth, quick and stress free experience, which was greatly appreciated by me (I'm almost 8 months pregnant and sometimes rather inpatient!)  I highly recommend anyone going to see Stephanie if interested in a Lexus.  You will not be disappointed!
