I was looking for a new truck a while back.  I found this place to be very dishonest.  They were really trying to push a truck off on me that wasn't even on the lot and I couldn't see it, they tried telling me the best loan I could get was 4.5% but I got 2.25%, and they also wouldn't give me my discount and the rebate that was with the truck.  Needless to say, I got a truck the next day at a different dealership.  They gave me a much better loan offer, gave me the discount and the rebate.  Be smart, Do your homework and visit more than one dealership.  Saved me thousands of dollars by not buying here.

The price was reasonable.  The work was competent.  It was completed in a reasonable time.  The service representative was pleasant and efficient.  What I appreciated especially was that he took extra time to explain procedures and options.  This is important because I am hearing impaired.

They called answer took care of my problem  the next day.. great customer service!!
The service manager called me about the last review about the 2.5 hour oil change and said the next time you come in that oil change would be free and I'll put in the system.
 He didn't!! & they charged me!! They also said my Chevy Equinox  was washed and ready to go and they didn't wash it.. 

Waited 2.5 hours for an oil change... they gave me 2 free oil changes because I waited so long... Thanks for the great customer service!!!!

I went to have insp and emission done. Told it would be about an hour. Over 3 hours later yes 3 hours. People came and went after me and I was the last one to leave at that time. I understand they may have been there for diff reasons. Last time it was about 2 hours. Then wen I went to pay that was not entered right either so an additional 20 mins to get checked out. Yes, I was frustrated and irritated by that point. I don't want to give a bad report but come on things need straightened out.

The only people I trust to handle Monique (my Chevy Equinox) are at Bairel Chevrolet. They are courteous, careful, and conscientious. I appreciate their service so much I only buy Bairel.
