Our company has leased two Hybrid vehicles through Wright for a number of years now and we will continue to do so. Our salesperson, Randy is courteous and knowledgeable about the different models on their lot. I am in and out of the dealership in a matter of 30 minutes each time we renew a lease which is a big deal to me, my time is limited. There is no run around on price just straight forward deals. Much appreciated!

The only positive aspect about the Wright Service Center that I can say is that the guys that greet you when you walk in are generally very nice and helpful. That being said, the fact that I came in for one tire to be replaced, waited over 3 hours for them to replace it, only to realize later that they put the wrong tire on my car (the one I paid for was a lot more expensive than the one I received), then given the run around for almost a month! When I explained it to them and was transferred on the phone a zillion times, I finally was asked to come in so the manager, Jim, could look at it. Jim was unfriendly and rude, hardly acknowledged me at all in fact. I was promised to get a call from them in a couple of days when the new tire came in, a week later I hadn't heard from them so I called and left a message. Another week went by and I STILL hadn't heard from the manager Jim, so I called again and left a slightly more firm message. FINALLY got a call back from someone higher up, who promised to get me in the express service on Monday when I could finally come in to get the tire I was supposed to get two months ago. I come in Monday, 2 hours goes by, I ask about the express service, turns out it doesn't even exist on Monday's. All of this for one tire, that they mistakenly put on. Horrible management and the fact that I wasted nearly 6 hours total sitting in the waiting room over one tire change, is incredibly absurd. I will never come back here if I can help it, nor do I recommend anyone taking their car to this shop. I understand that mistakes happen sometimes, but that's no reason to take advantage of my understanding of that and then have the manager be so cold towards me, let along throw out empty promises at me and instead I have to wait and wait for one tire. They're only saving grace there are the wonderful group of guys up front that are the face of the service center.

I Agree with Amy.  The guys especially John are great, unfortunately they do give you the run around.  They seem to be over worked and can't handle the volume.  My car, only a year old was growing mold and had serious transmission issues.  It seems you have to go to another dealership to get your car properly fixed.  Then fighting between Wright Collision and Wright Hyundai to figure out whose responsibility issues are is not easy.  The General Manager Matt still has not returned any phone calls.  You can buy a Hyundai anywhere, choose wisely

The service is top-notch. They are friendly and quick and are there for your needs. They are not there to make a quick buck. I found the staff very knowledgeable and explained things to me in a reasonable and easy-to-understand way given that I am not an expert in cars. I am always very satisfied with their service and continue to use them for all my car needs.

Wright Hyundai has always provided us with very good service.  This last visit was an impromptu visit near the end of business hours on Friday and they were able to provide me with a last minute oil change.  John at the service desk is always the most helpful.  All other staff are terrific as well.  I have been having my vehicle serviced there for 6+ years and have never had an issue.  I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at Wright Hyundai.
