They are reliable and good. I had a problem with my kitchen sink and I left an online request. They called me next day and scheduled appointment for the same day. The guy came right on time and I did not need to wait. He was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. His name was Justin. Thanks a lot for saving me on that day. He really suggested good products and shows me different options. He did the work very nicely. As a whole they do a very good job. Only cons, I may think is price. I have not checked any other plumber but it looks little high. However for plumbing if the job done not right it would be more costly.

New to the area and was hoping we could trust a nationally known name. Called and requested the instillation of a reverse osmosis unit under the sink. They sent out a very friendly technician that had never installed a reverse osmosis unit and did not really know how one operated. I explained it to him and helped him find the web site with the instructional video ;

My husband and I were very impressed with the service we received from Baker Brothers Plumbing. My husband called them a couple weeks ago because of a busted pipe in the front of our home and they provided great service in replacing the broken pipe. Then last week we had to call them again because we renovated our guest bathroom and the installers we hired certainly knew a lot about replacing tiles but not much about plumbing, they totally screwed it up, we could not even get hot water out of the brand new faucets. Mack with B.B. came out and he was so professional, courteous and just a pleasure to work with. He pointed out all of the errors that the installer had made and took care of fixing them for us. B.B. is not necessarily one of the cheaper companies out there but we've figured out after our bathroom installation that you do get what you pay for and B.B. provides excellent service. We purchased their family plan so am sure if the need arises we'll definitely use them again. H.Belle

The installers arrived earlier than expected, which iwas a good thing. Even better is that they were friendly, professional, answered any questions I had, and did a great job. I will have no qualms about recommending Baker Brothers in the future.
