Another excellent experience with Legacy.  Had a leak at the water meter.  Daniel and his sidekick, Cole, determined the cause and within two hours had us leak-free.  They were professional but personable.  Daniel even graciously put up with my husband's "supervising" and multiple questions. Area was left cleaned up and looking like new.  Kudos also to the office folks who were able to get someone out after they had a late cancellation.  Thanks Legacy!  Great work, great people!

I cannot say enough about this company. Our water heaters broke and were leaking. They came out that day, within the time window they promised, and got to work. The service people were super knowledgeable and very friendly. They took the time to explain the options, costs, and how everything worked, updating me as things went along. 

But beyond the knowledge and friendliness, their work ethic was amazing. They could have given up or told us to hire someone else. We needed to squeeze two bigger heaters where our older and smaller ones were, with not the best plumbing pipe situation in place. I’m sure it was daunting. But they persisted and figured out how to make it work with our unique space. They even called out another truck just to make sure everything was installed and working, with all the correct parts, by the time my kids needed baths.  

They went above and beyond for us with a great attitude and we will be using them in the future.  Would highly recommend them.

The whole experience was great.  I discovered water in my bathroom on Sunday and left a message to call me on Monday.  Megan called me Sunday afternoon (to my surprise!) and put me on the schedule for Monday.  Mike arrived early and I showed him the issues.  He gave me the price for what it would cost, however recommended to get all the lines / valves replaced for only a couple of hundred dollars more.  He was very professional and quick!  He left me with his card and said that I would call anytime that I had questions.  Thank you Legacy Plumbing and Mike Collard!

Excellent service from Daniel Zukowski and his team. We had water leaking from ceiling and called them on Wednesday right before long weekend. They gave me an appointment on same day and Daniel was able to identify the root cause and resolvevery quickly and also left the area nice and clean after the work. He also found a freeze break on our faucet in backyard and fixed it immediately which saved me another service call and related costs. Very professional and reliable services at affordable costs.  The service people were very knowledgeable and friendly. Will use them for all our plumbing needs.

Taylor did a great job!  He installed 3 new shower heads, fixed a toilet, that wasn't flushing properly,  helped me get rid of a bad smell in my bathroom sink and got my pilot light to start, on our gas logs.  He had me test and look at all the items, to make sure I was completely  satisfied.  He also taught me things along the way, which I always appreciate.  I would highly recommend Legacy Plumbing!!!
