I submitted a request via Angie's List and they were one of three recommendations.  On the website form, the options provided were limited compared to what I needed done and figured that I would have to explain what I needed.  I got a new ventless gas heater and I needed it to replace the old one I had.  When the appointment setter called me, I explained what I needed and what I had to her and that I wont not be available until 5:30 the next day.  I was called on the next day before 4:00pm and was told that the plumber was on their way.  I told them I would meet at 5:30pm. I rushed home, got there around 5:20pm and called to let them that I was home.  The plumber did not get there until 6:30pm.  When I showed him the heater he told me that it was against his license to install the heater.  He asked me where I purchased it and I told him Home Depot. He told me that he has 5 master plumbers in his family and he couldn't install it.   I told him that another service was coming the next day to give me a bid and they said they could do it.  I am pissed about one single thing, if it is against your license why waste my time waiting on you. Next day, Ernie's Plumbing came out gave me some information about my product, clean the gas valve, remove the old heater, install the new heater, went over the owner's manual with me, showed me how to ignite it,  and offered me 15% off my next call. I paid $195 which was for the service call.  On the previous day when I set the appointment with Ernie's, the appointment setter wasn't sure what I was requesting, so she got one of the plumbers on the phone.  I explained the issue and he said they could do it.  Guess who I am giving my future business to?  Pink Plumber this was a horrible experience and waste of time.  Especially since this was right before the temps dropped and I would have been without heat during that time.  If it was a license issue or he just did not simply want to do the job, I could have done without the experience. I have already told 4 people about this and will continue to do so.

Unprofessional and Deceitful!
On Saturday one the technicians came to fix/replace valve. When asked how much will it charge he loosely said 69$ and went to buy items needed. He DIDN'T mention anything else and after the fix gave us a bill of 649$. Where he charged simple items which are available in home depot at cost of 40-60$ to 280-370. Called the company and registered my complain but no response so far. These folks are THIEVES. Didn't mention anything kept us in dark and gave a hefty bill.
Stay AWAY!!!

They wanted $1,470 dollars to replace 1 main shutoff valve in front of my house. They quoted the part at $525, digging the VERY small hole at $475, and the other half a grand in labor. I went to Home Depot and purchased the part for $16.95, and a shovel for $12.00. Between my own parts and labor, it cost me about $60 what they wanted 1470 for. Outrageous markup.

Also, the gent who showed up to quote me REEKED of cigarette smoke. Not what I wanted around my house.

I'll give em two stars, because hey, they at least showed up in the quoted time frame.

Needed weekend service to replace water shut off valves. Got same day service. Tech was very friendly and thorough. Was able to complete by faucet install due to the Pink Plumber.

The Pink Plumber really helped us out in a pinch. Sunday afternoon and my shuband cut the gas like accidentally in our attic. We shut off the gas and I found them on a google search. They were here quickly and their plumber was great. So nice and worked quickly and professionally. I don’t know what we would have done without them. Would highly recommend. Cost was very reasonable seeing that it was on a Sunday afternoon and an emergency. If you need help with plumbing issues or gas line issues - look no further. Thanks pink Plumber. You’re a life saver. Literally.
