Direct Source showed up  on time for the scheduled appointment and provided a detailed quote for the services. Travis was knowledgeable, professional and patiently answered all my questions. At last! Wes repaired our leaky toilet in a timely and professional way! He was right on time, informative and would not do any work until the problem had been verified. We are very pleased and will call Direct Source for any problems in the future.

i LOVE this place!!!  This is the second time I called and I'm glad I did.  I called in the morning and they came out the same day by 2pm.  Tyler was awesome...he provided a quick diagnosis of the problem and a quick solution.  I love the fact that they provide free estimates and they quote you for the job NOT BY THE HOUR.  Very honest, high quality establishment and the world needs more businesses like this one.  I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone!

We had a leaky outside faucet. The tech was scheduled to show up between 5 and 7 PM. Travis called shortly after 5 and said he would be here at 6 pm. He nailed it pretty good. He said he could replace the washers but that would be a temporary fix and he suggested replacing the whole thing. I had researched the problem online and the consensus said to replace the whole faucet so that was our plan all along. He had a new frost free faucet on his van and got it installed quickly despite the original having not been the best install(it was recessed in the brick and the mounting ears had to be cut off before he could spin the faucet off). Very nice work and Travis was a pleasure to talk too.  Will use them again

Had the main line to the house break in the middle of the night.  From the girl I set the appointment with to Wes who fixed the line, the experience was about as good as it can be.  Actually paid less than the initial quote.  If I have any plumbing issues in the future I'm going to call Direct Source.
