Huge variety and deep discounted pricing. They sell most items at the cheapest price in the market or lower.  Everything is price matched with amazon so I don't even have to wait 2 days to get my product. Lots of reputable and popular brands. I have been a customer for last 15 years and this family ran business shows true potential at a market leader of Indian goods like Indian grinders and mixers as well as various 120/240v goods. Keep it up and I always recommend your buck spent here.

Huge selection of quality appliances. I went there to purchase a pressure cooker. The prices are quite competitive and they will beat any price (even Amazon)! You can buy with confidence here. I was very much impressed with their customer service! Their email responses are pretty quick too in case you have any questions.. All in all I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Brought our mixer 6yr back still working great!! last week the reset switch had issue, took to balaji shop on oak tree and they fixed in 30min..Excellent service and quality.

Excellent products by their store brand balajiusa. I bought their wet grinder 10 years ago and bought their mixer 6 years ago and till this date I haven't got a single issue. Just bought my cousin the same wet grinder and mixer as a house warming gift. Great products with awesome warranty and coverage. RECOMMEND!

One of the best customer service I have seen till date. We bought a wet grinder 18 months back and now it was running slow due to wear an tear. They didn't ask any question and said they will take car of the problem. They said it will 3 hours but within 30 min i got a call that my grinder is fixed. I recommend this store for sturdy and best product with great customer service.
