Best Buy is Best Buy and they have plenty of nice electronics there. The staff however isn’t too customer service oriented. No one willing to help and I must have passed at least 10 employees. I was only greeted by one of them. No one would help me purchase a tv there

Probably the best Best Buy in the area when it comes to helping the customer. All of the managers are super positive and helpful. Everyone's there to make sure you find whatever solution you're looking for at the best price.

The high level of customer service in this store is phenomenal. What a team of highly trained and dedicated professionals.  I recently purchased 2 sound bars and a large screen tv from the store. The sales associate  (Jackie) was extremely knowledgeable,  courteous, patient and went above and beyond to make this purchase as easy and pain free as possible. She really calmed my fears about purchasing electronics. The entire team worked well together to help with my purchase and make my shopping experience a pleasant one. I often dread going into electronic stores, but Jackie and her team were so good, I did not want to leave the store! This is now my go to place for all of my electronic needs. I will definitely be back to purchase some additional items soon. I highly recommend this store to my friends, family and anyone looking for a total VIP experience.

Terrible service!  Wish I could give  ZERO stars.  We had bought a new phone and wanted the data transferred from our old phone.  Waited 20 min which was understandable since there were 3 Best Buy employees and 7-8 customers waiting.

However, after we  were actually being helped, we had a guy who was unable to transfer the data but kept punching the same buttons on the screen even though it didn't work - must have been at least 15 times!  If it doesn't work the first 2-3 times, get some help!!   After fiddling with it for 40 min and asking other employees for help - he just gave our new phone back to us and suggested that we go to Verizon Wireless stores for help!!

Why go to Best Buy in the first place if we need to subsequently go to a Verizon Wireless store?

Its a big and nice store. The only problem? Their costumer service sucks. I dont even know if they know what that means. I went there with my dad. Hoping to get a computer, a sound system and a phone. And no one. Not one person came to us to ask what we needed or to offer any help. And when i aproached a guy to ask him about a product his answer was " i dont work that section" and left. I am never going back to that store.
