I visited their store in Rockfellar Tower in New York just to enquire about product

This store is lies to customer ,each one working there will telling you different price on the same item 
And the fat B is a manager there very nasty
And I'm telling you please stay away from this location in me lo park mall of Edison 
Bring your business somewhere instead
The massage chair I want is cost about $4500
And when you want a refurbished is cost around 2500+ tax and shipping etc
Next day when you come to buy it ,first they say is $2700 and the fat B manager come out saying that no it's not in stock anymore 
Because I say I was here yesterday and sale men name Jason say it's on sale for $2500
Trust me when I check online it's still available

Most of the Brookstone staff at the Menlo Park Mall in NJ will ignore you unless you corner them, especially the so-called supervisor. There was a large sign in the store promoting a product that they did not have in stock at all. When I asked to order the product, the store supervisor insisted I pay shipping charges, even to have it shipped to the store. She did not care if I received it in time for Christmas. Her employee tried to handle 4 customers at the same time of handling my phone-in order. No one, including the supervisor nor the staff walking in and out of the stock room, would help the person trying to submit my order - probably because no one else was trained to do so based on the discussion I heard. The supervisor watched me wait and suffer for an hour to order one item. She made no apology that day nor when I picked up the item. I will never go back to or recommend this store.
