Quick visit today for just a deposit. Quick and friendly visit. Most locations are pretty lousy. But today this location was smiling and the teller made an effort to get to know me and see  how my day was progressing. A nice change from the typical bank experience.

I tried paying my credit card payment via a cash transaction at this ATM for three days! Every day it said "no cash payments allowed" the option was disabled, check only. What a disappointment!! I drove three times to be told the bank can't take my money?!!!! So I had to drive again to a different branch. All because their option of adding a non-bank of America bank account to pay is ridiculous!

Wow I'm shocked and well wow. Ever heard the saying the customer is always right? How about jiet being nice. The employees need a class on being polite will never go here again

I've asked i don't know how times now, for them to unlock my mobil app and on line banking, im done with this bank and its push the buck off to someone else. I call they say i need to go in person and once im in person, they give me a F**CKING number to call!! This is B U L L S H I T.  They put my account on fraud alert that's great!! Now unlock my freaking account so i can control my f**king money. Its been 2 months and they push it off as if i need to fix this problem myself. Ur dam bank there is a thing called customer service.

This is literally the WORST bank I have EVER gone to, I WOULD STAY AWAY!!!  Take your money somewhere where they are honest and trustworthy and TELL YOU about "hidden fees" my gosh this bank charged me almost $100 in hidden fees and when confronting the management, his response was, "well, we kind of told you about those.." Not only that, but even the customer service rep responded with, "well, it's just $10 a month", finally a woman gave me just $10 back over the phone, what a joke.  Not to mention, when I went in to close my account, I was given a round-about way of closing it, was told I would be charged a FEE for closing my account and the way to avoid the fee, was, as they said, to switch my account to another one...

After all of this nonsense a rep over the phone told me what these people were doing was not even in the company handbook!  My gosh!  She suggested I file a formal complaint against this location and when I told the manager about this, his response was that they didn't really know how the bank works because they work over the phone, not inside of the bank.  He also said that this one time, they would not charge me for closing my account.  

Well, sorry but if a bank works like that, it is the LAST place I will be putting my money.  Was completely taken advantage of, the fine print of fees was brushed under the rug, and the management was literally the worst management I have ever spoken with.  I couldn't imagine if we treated customers like that at my own job.  

Ended up closing my account at another location that was not trying to virtually take my money and run, as if somehow it would personally benefit them, which it clearly does not so I'm not sure why this location was so happy to make everything that much more difficult for the customer.

Save yourself the time, headache, and hassle and go somewhere that actually cares about their customers.
