Staff always have been friendly and helpful with our banking needs.  We set up accounts for our kids, our small home business, etc.  I also like that they have reversed the occasion added fees.  Have been going to this branch for 10+ years.

I came in a few months ago to cash some bonds I had. The person who cashed them for me accidentally gave me too much money (made a duplicate of one of my bonds apparently.) I had absoutley no idea this occurred, but a few days after this I received a call from an employee working at this branch  asking me to confirm how many bonds I had cashed. Although she seemed like something may have been wrong, she never implied  that I was given  more money than what I was owed. So at this point no one had notified me of this incident at all, and I didn't find out until a few days ago when my account was charged $260. 

I found this out while out with friends when my card declined and my bank account went $130 negitive. I called customer service immediately as I suspected some sort of fraud had occurred. Customer service could do nothing for me and suggested I go into my branch in the morning, which I did. Once at my branch (Saturday morning) I was told no one could help me until Tuesday when the person who KNEW there had been an error with my bonds for the past 2 months and had been "working on my case" would be in. This was absoutley unacceptable to me as I was left with no money for food or gas or due to a BANKER's mistake. After all of this, I spoke with a manager from another branch who told me she would make sure that any overdraft fees would be waived first Tuesday morning. Come Tuesday morning, I went to the store and logged into my bank account to see I was short another $36 at 3pm!! Again, unacceptable, after making a call to my branch I learned the employee who was supposed to be "working on my case" was apparently the only one who could reverse it and she was on lunch and would be back in 20 mins. After an hour passed I called back and asked to speak with her and the person I spoke with jokingly said "she's working on it, it should be taken care of soon." I have had overdraft fees reversed before, so I know it takes no more than 5 mins to be taken care of. After another hour passed I checked my account and it had been reversed, yet no employee contacted me to notify me of this, yet again. To say the employees at this branch lack proper training in customer service would be an understatement. Beyond my personal bad experiences with this branch, I have also witnessed bankers making fun of customers who are upset with the way things are being handled as well. The only professional employee who works here is Olga. 

I do not recommend anyone bank with this branch.

Went to 2 branches today and both "just had their coin counter break". This was the 2nd branch I stopped at. Just must be that kind of day. 

Not even an offer to hand count with 5 people standing around. Even if they offered I wouldn't have made them do it. But the lack of customer service is not astounding here. It's never been really that good.

1-star for customer service that wasn't even an ounce of effort.

ATM ate my check, when I called to get it out I was told  over the phone since I wasn't a US Bank member there was nothing they could do. (Onpoint works at US Bank.) When I went in to speak with a manager, I didn't mention my bank and he was able to retrieve the check without a problem. Slightly frustrating that a bank that has a deal with a credit union to use ATMs won't help the union customers with ATMs.
